XTERRA Wellington returns to the Kāpiti Coast on 31 January 2026, with a unique off-road triathlon, duathlon and trail running experience.
Set 30 minutes drive from Wellington CBD, the event includes 4 Trail Runs (6km, 14km Half Marathon & Marathon), 2 Triathlons (with team options in both distances), Duathlon and Mountain Bike.
XTERRA Wellington embraces the rugged coastal landscape that is Kāpiti (set 50km from Wellington). There's no glitz nor glamour, just hard New Zealand terrain, spectacular views and proper home grown hospitality. XTERRA Wellington links the beach to the mountains in a uniquely west coast way.
